Great Service!
FloorPro was a great company to work with. We got an immediate estimate over the phone, we were able to schedule the work within just a couple of days, and the work itself was excellent. We had VCT floors in our kitchen stripped and waxed (a tough job in the small, awkward residential kitchen we have), carpets cleaned, and rugs and upholstery cleaned as well. The entire job was done quickly and efficiently and we were so so pleased with the results. I felt that all of my questions were answered with utmost honesty, which is very important to me. I was concerned about the cleaners used on the carpet in my sons' bedroom because they both have allergies and asthma. I was assured that the cleaning products were non-toxic and hypoallergenic and sure enough, they had no breathing problems at all sleeping in their room that night. My carpets, rugs, and upholstery still look great months later. Thanks!

I hired Floor Pro to clean my carpets. The gentlemen arrived exactly on time and both were very polite. They took the extra time required to answer my specific questions and made sure that I was satisfied with the job before they left. My carpets looked very nice when they had finished. Carpet is almost like new!
With 3 dogs, our carpets needed cleaning desperately, within a year after moving into our brand new house... It's amazing how fresh they look and smell after Floor Pro cleaned them! And it only took about an hour to do 3 rooms and the price was very reasonable as well! So happy with the results!

Great Service
Larry was professional, called to confirm the appointment, called on the day of, and quick to finish the job. I got three rooms and my hallway steam cleaned and it took about an hour to finish. The day after, there was a few small spots found after moving my coffee table (with metal wheels), he came back to make it right with no extra charge. I've already recommended him to my colleague at work.

Will Use Floor Pro again and again !
I contacted Floor Pro to clean the carpets in a one bedroom Mother-In-Law apartment that had severe cat urine stains and odors. They were, without a doubt, the most professional, hardworking, prompt company I have ever dealt with.
Larry Gates, the owner, personally called me to make the appointment and discuss my needs, and came out himself to oversee the job. His assistant Lawrence was also very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working!
Their prices are in line with their competition, but it is their service that makes them stand apart. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and will be using them again shortly to clean the rest of the carpets in my home.

Norris Carpet Cleaning
First and foremost I have used many other carpet cleaners over the years as I have a small dog that pees all over no matter what we do. I used Stanley Steamer for years but found that they were costly and the carpet takes forever to dry. I also used a local company here in Columbia for the past two years. The gentlemen at Floor Pros show up on time, do an excellent job and the carpet doesn't spell or take forever to dry. Over the Christmas holiday I had them clean an old and nasty sofa in our bonus room and all my relatives commented on how new and great it looked. Because I completely trust them and the prices are extremely reasonable, my next project is the cleaning of my marable bathroom floors. First cleaning and then sealing them to protect against further damage. When Larry the owner quoted me the price I was shocked at how little it cost. I would highly recommend Larry Gates and Floor Pro!!!
